The *WebSphere Integration User Group (UK)* committee invites you to their next UK User Group Meeting, which will be held on *Tuesday, 1st July 2014* at *IBM Hursley Laboratories,* near Winchester, the home of IBM's Messaging and ESB technologies. This year the WebSphere Integration User Group is being run in conjunction with the *IBM MQ Conference*. The IBM MQ Conference has three streams focusing on IBM Messaging technologies, and the WebSphere Integration User Group has four streams focusing on ESB, BPM, Mobile, Cloud and Messaging. As such, the event has approximately 50% more content, and so we expect a high level of interest - so book early, as space is limited!
*Register here for either the WebSphere Integration User Group meeting OR the MQ Conference - 1st July *
https://www-950.ibm.com/events/wwe/grp/grp006.nsf/v17_enrollall?openform&seminar=55EGXCES&locale=en_GB
In addition, we have booked several Proof of Technology sessions on *Monday, 30th, June 2014* and *Wednesday, 2nd, July 2014* at IBM Hursley for our core technologies. Proof of Technology (PoT) workshops provide a hands-on experience of the selected IBM technology. Participants will execute labs to learn about the capability provided by the IBM technology. The lectures and labs are designed to first cover concepts. Once completed, the agenda moves quickly into deeper domain capabilities. Please note that these events have limited numbers of seats, so please do book early. In addition, these events require a minimum number of attendees for them to be viable to run.
*You can attend any combination of the three days*, and as such each
registration is dealt with separately:
*Proof of Technology (PoT) - Day 1 - 30th June (one of): *
IBM Integration Bus v.9 PoT
IBM Smarter Process PoT
IBM Operational Decision Manager (Rules) PoT
*Register here for one of the above PoTs - happening on the 30th June*
https://www-950.ibm.com/events/wwe/grp/grp006.nsf/v17_enrollall?openform&seminar=E99G67ES&locale=en_GB
*Proof of Technology (PoT) - Day 2 - 2nd July (one of): *
IBM Worklight PoT
IBM WebSphere Registry and Repository PoT
WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances PoT
*Register here for one of the above Pots - happening on the 2nd July*
https://www-950.ibm.com/events/wwe/grp/grp006.nsf/v17_enrollall?openform&seminar=6FBGSUES&locale=en_GB
*Please note that PoT registrations will be closed approximately four days
before the sessions will be held. A confirmation email will be sent at this
time.*
The keynote presentation on 'Being a Composable Enterprise' will be delivered by Ben Mann, Cross Portfolio Product Manager at IBM Hursley
Laboratories. During the day there will be four parallel technical
streams to pick and choose from covering Messaging, ESB, Business Process Management, Mobile, and more - for full details please follow the link below. Note that there will be a presentation on the new open IBM
Integration Bus Beta. The IBM MQ Conference will be holding three streams of indepth MQ covering the topic from all angles, in an agenda hand-picked by Morag Hughson, IBM MQ Architect at IBM Hursley Laboratories. To round off the day there will be a 'Meet the Experts' session, where Hursley's finest answer any questions arising from the day's presentations or that you have brought with you. In addition, contacts can be made throughout the day allowing each of us to learn from each other's experiences.
These events are free, and a buffet lunch and beverages will be available
during the day. To see the full agenda of both the WebSphere Integration
User group meeting and the MQ Conference - simple click on one of the links below:

The registration page asks:-

Additional question
Do you intend to attend (select one option only) *
[ ] Main WebSphere User Group sessions
[ ] MQ Conference sessions |
This suggests you can only go the sessions in one or the other conference, when it is my understanding that all sessions are open to all attendees?
Cheers

Yes, that is correct - any combination of sessions can be attended. The voting via the checkbox is to help with seating/room allocation. |

Thanks for the confirmation. I guess the problem is with the text "select one option". If you plan to attend both how do you convey that in a way that will help with seating/room allocation?
Cheers
