Dis qstatus on MQ V5.3 gives you all the info.
On previous versions you can check this out(sort of) by looking at the IPPROCS and the OPPROCS. Remember, you may not get the exact number looking at these values, because there could be cases where these queues are opened by MQ processes.

From my understading, i dont think there is any such comamnd/utility. You might want to check if there are any calls in PCF that does this, which i doubt would. Even if there is one, it ought be in 5.3, because i am pretty sure there is nothing prior to 5.3.
