Look at the MQ documentation around the description for MQSO_DURABLE. There are also some pretty decent presentations and documents describing Pub/Sub in MQ. My first Google hit was a pretty good one.....look at the Pub/Sub PDF here http://www.mqug.org.uk/downloads/201006/
