Some would argue that you violated your Message Broker License by reverse engineering the product...
Other would wonder how your product (however produced) can be demonstrated not to infringe on IBM's patents or intelectual property in the area of integration & message transformation.
Certainly if the language which looks like ESQL contains any of the IBM extensions from the published SQL standard.
