I have an application that we're transforming, however there is a requirement to move to the mq 7 client jars and effectively rewrite the app. Because of this we're doing a 50% deployment of the new app and then later completely replacing it. The issue we're seeing is that when both versions of the app are using the mq 6 jars load is balanced fairly evenly across them.

When we have the new app using mq 7 jars (only change maven dependency) the load is skewed such that the mq 6 client jar is eagerly consuming more traffic.

Are there settings (other than having the mq 7 jars run in mq6 mode) that we could apply to rebalance the traffic? Has anyone else seen this before?
