Hi all;
In a high volume rated transaction environment, I have deployed a WebService provider flow. Now i want to establish an SLA with the customer for a tps limit. Is it a good practice to use the "Additional Instances" of the deployed flow to acheive this or there is a better solution?
Please let me know your ideas.

There are lots of lovely features in IIBv9 for controlling TPS and other workload management things.

You can't really control TPS in v8 and earlier, without implementing a complicated mechanism yourself.

Additional instances merely lets you control available threads. There's no strong correlation between available threads and TPS.
