Hi There i am getting error in creating the message model using cobol copy book, I am not sure why i am getting this error even thought there is a period in that line of copy book.

Here is the error message:
Line No : 6 IGYDS1082- E A period was required. A period was assumed before "END".

Line number 6 in my copy book:

05 CCS040-INPUT-PARMS.

Any help would be appreciated.

You sure the error wasn't at the end of line 5 ??

Yes, I am sure, I have period at end of the link even then i got this error,
