Hi everybody,

is it possible to acces (get value from) WMB Global Cache from a WTX map inside a WTX Mapping Node?

you can directly access global cache only with the help of java in WMB. If you are able to call Java from WTX map then I think you can access it via java.

Exactly. Unfortunately I don't know enough about the WTX map to know whether you can call Java. But, if you can, this article should help you handle the Java side.

Good tip iShakir. Moreover catshout, the java static method for accessing the cache can be used to easily access from the built-in Graphical Data Mapper shipped with V8 and V9.
