Hi All,
WebSphere Message Broker V7.0.0.6 - AIX 6.1
Queue Manager - SUZQM01
Queue Manager - SUZQBP01
During OS patch activity, mesage broker file system is damaged...
mqsilist command is not showing SUZQBP01 broker in the list
We have Tivoli backup is in place for SUZQBP01 broker and want to restore the same in the existing broker path.....
I tried to restore the SUZQBP01 broker using mqsirestorebroker command but the still mqsilist command is not showing broker in the list...
I check and confirm that queue manager is up and running and all broker componets registry/components is in place.
Can anyone please share your view/input on why broker is not showing in the mqsilist command.
Thanks,
chiditara |

Hi Chiditara,
Are you able to create a new broker on this system after the file system corruption, and if so, does this broker appear when using the mqsilist command?
Knowing this would give you some good pointers as to whether it's the SUZQBP01 configuration that's damaged or something else...
Thanks Anthony. |

Hi Chiditara, what about your syslog? There are some cluest here? What's the outcome of mqsilist, only nothing?
I'd suggest to create a Broker to see what happens. Also check your MQ error logs. |
