Hello WMB Developers,

I have run mqsicreateconfigurableservice WBRK61_DEFAULT_BROKER -c Timer -o myTimerService -n queuePrefix,timeoutIntervalSeconds -v SET1,5 in MB v 6.1.0.5 version i got error like

BIP8002E: Selected flag 'c Timer' badly formed.Command flag should be properly specified.Correct and reissue the command.


How can we create Timer Configurable Service in MB v 6.1.0.5.

I think Timer CS was introduced in version 7?
Check version 6.1 InfoCenter. If there is no example or mention of Timer, then it's not available. Which doesn't mean that you couldn't use Timer nodes, all your timer nodes will just be using a shared storage queue.

Try reporting Timer properties..
Code:
mqsireportproperties WBRK61_DEFAULT_BROKER -c Timer -o AllReportableEntityNames -r


Also try manually typing the command...sometime copy & pasting the command also will create the issue.
