Hello WMB Developers,

How can we know Database is down? If the first database is down getting the data from second database without rising exception using ESQL coding.

You get a SQL code when you try to access it

By ESQL coding that captures the exception and attempts to access this second database.

You might also want to ask the DBAs in charge of the 1st database if they've heard of "high availability". Apparently it's quite a fashionable software topic these days.....
