Hi,

I'm trying to install MB Toolkit 8.0 with Installation Manager 1.7.0
I have extracted the installation medias in folders disk1, disk2 and disk3.
When I try to add the repository <path>/disk1/ad/repository.config, I get this error message:

Repository <path>/disk1/ad can not be opened directly. It must be opened through disk 1 at <path>/disk1.

Platform: Windows XP

First I tried to install with the usual way with the launchpad, but the built-in Installation Manager crashed (probably because of some java version mismatch).

For the TK the file you need for the repository is in the root directory of 'disk1'

diskTag.inf

Although I've not tried it on XP.

Windows XP ( both 32 and 64 bit ) Professional is only supported with additional fix packs.

... which are Windows XP Serviced Packs 1, 2 or 3.

My problems were obviously caused by a damaged installation media.
