It was just tested on v7.1.0.3 and the same problem was encountered. Sadly, the related APAR IC92512 is mentioned the version 7.5 only. I hope, MQ Explorer v7.1 will be fixed as well...

The service team are aware of the fact that this needs to be fixed in V7.1 (and V7.0.1). The link I supplied to the APAR in an earlier response will soon be updated to make note of that fact and to indicate the expected Fix Pac it will be delivered in.
