Hello Team,
I am trying to take a backup of remote queue manager with save qmgr. I want to take this backup from client meshine. can any one provide commands for this backup . |

All the parameters needed for the client version of MS03 are included in the read me file of the Support Pack.

i run the following command for taking backup and i got the following
C:\User\Desktop>saveQmgrc.exe -m Q1 -f D:\sample.txt
Compiled for Websphere MQ V7.0.1.0 on Oct 20 2011
SAVEQMGR V6.1.4.0
With no client connection information specified.
MQCONNX failed for Q1, CC=2 RC=2058 |

And just how do you normally connect from the machine where you ran the command to the server hosting the queue manager? You have to use the same mechanism, so it may be that you have to do something in the shell to reference that connection mechanism before you run the command. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Please tell me you know how to set up WebSphere MQ Client... _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
