DEar Friends please help me in the following matter,

9/23/2013 15:10:17 - Process(6164.6) User(MUSR_MQADMIN) Program(amqrmppa.exe) Host(Server Name) Installation(Installation1) VRMF(7.1.0.2) QMg(QMGR name)

The TCP/IP responder program encountered an error.

The responder program was started but detected an error. &P The host name was 'destination ip (destination ip)'; in some cases the host name cannot be determined and so is shown as '????'.

Look at previous error messages in the error files to determine the error encountered by the responder program.

How? You've posted one line from an error log that shows a channel having a network issue. You've said nothing about the configuration of the channel in question, the circumstances of the error, the version of WMQ in use and the OS you're using. So how are we expected to help?

Tell us these things, and more importantly what you have already tried to fix this. There's no point us suggesting things which have already proved to be ineffective.

I am facing this error while starting the sender channel, first it is showing binding and then retrying. It is configured on 1416 port and on the opposite server listener with the same port is configured and on, i have checked at the firewall level also, i am getting successful telnet. We are using MQ 7.1.x. I have tried RESET and RESOLVE at both ends i.e. sender and receiver channels. This we are using on Windows 2008 server. Even we have upgraded to service pack 2 of 2008 for this issue.

What do you mean by this? Please post your SDR channel object attributes.

Are you sure the listener on the opposite side started and the channels both two sides configured well?

Don't use RESET to troubleshoot. It will reset the sequence number.

My faulse , I didn't get through all posts.

For the error 9999
channel ended 9999 : channel program ended abnormally

The sequence number could be one of the reasons to terminate a channel. And the other main reason could be the network interruption which you may get the related error like data receiving timeout or connection lost.
