Hi All,
We have installed MQ Client 7.0.1.5 in global zone with pkgadd -d option and moved /opt/mqm and /var/mqm to local zone servers and all are working well.
Wow we would like to up-version the MQ version from v7.0.1.5 to v7.0.1.10 to keep the latest version on another local zone server.
up-version MQ directly on global zone will impact anything on the local zone which is working fine?
Can any one of you suggest?
after going through the IBM sites and google understand if we was used pkgadd -G it would have installed the packegs and GSKIt only into global zone but we have used pkgadd -d so not able to understand will there be any issues?
If there are some issues what process do we need to fallow to upversion?

What did the readme say about this?
You can always uninstall what you have and follow the original procedure to install the latest client (which will give you the cleanest install). So do this, if you don't see an answer in the readme.
Normally, you just flat out install the new client over the old one and do the same procedure but I have not tried Solaris zones. Good luck!
