We run a pair of duplicate brokers in an MQ cluster. We are about to add a UNS to the configuration. We are planning to locate the UNS on the machine where broker #1 runs and let it share the broker's database and queue manager.
If the broker #1 machine goes down, broker #2 can take over the workload. However at this point we will no longer have a UNS. Am I correct in thinking that if the UNS is not running, Pub/Sub messages will continue to be processed by broker #2, but without ACL checking?
