Hello everybody.
I wanna use websphere-mq as a jms provider. I'm using version 5.3 for windows & aix, do i need to make a special configuration for it to work as a jms server provider ? the documenation didn't say much,
but as i see there are 2 options :
1) i need to define a channel in the qmgr and the jms client have some internal code to connect to that channel
2) the qmgr (actually the chinit) has some open port so that the jms client connects to it.

which is true ? and in case of a channel - is there any documenation about defining that channel ? applying security ?

It's option 1, and the channel type is SVRCONN.
