I have two build time configurations. I would like to open them in two seperate windows. I was unable to open second one as I was getting a message saying that the build time was already open. Is there any way I could open multiple buid time windows of multiple configurations simultaneously?

I don't think so.
You will have to close the first one if you want to open the second one.

Venny is correct you can only have a single buildtime open at any one time.
