I'm having a really bad day. I'm arguing with some NON-Mainframe MQ Admins that insist on having non-unique MQM names (so on my side I need unique XMITq's). I've always said and been taught that evey MQM in your company's network should have a unique name to take advantage of MQ's queue name resolution and all the MQ coding techniques possible with unique MQM names.
Help me argue that point on why each MQM should have a unique name. |
