Hello All,
I installed MQ client on windows XP 64 bit machine. While I am trying to run commands, it is showing
"MQM.dll file not found. Please reinstall the program to fix the problem."
Can anybody help me in this how to get out of these. I already placed environment variables correctly. Do i need to reinstall the client software ?

The error message suggests that you reinstall the program to fix the problem. Have you tried it?

You can't use mqm.dll with an MQ Client.
You need to use mqic.dll. |

Note also that if you're trying to run any "commands" other than amqsputc or amqsgetc (which are not commands in the strict sense) but commands like strmqm or runmqsc then this will never work.
The MQ client is not a client like (for example) the DB2 client.

Thank you one and all who gave me reply.
And the thing here i found is MQ client didn't use MQM.dll it uses MQIC32.dll .
And after installing the MQ we need to reboot the system. This resolved my issue. and check the environment variables too...

So that others can learn from this, you might want to post the commands that you issued that resulted in the error.
