Can some one tell me where .cmf or .bar files placed into broker runtime directory ?

No, because neither of them are stored as cmf or bar files.

You can find the resources in your message broker area:

- message flow & ESQL: mqsireportproperties <broker> -e <egName> -o AllMessageFlows -r

- another listing option: mqsibrowse <broker> -t brokerresources

- other resources here: /var/mqsi/components/<broker>/<egUUID>/config/
