Hello,

I am using File input node of Message Broker 8 to connect to sftp,

I can pick files if I use . or /Product for my remote server directory.

I get the following error if I use /Product/Data or any non top level subfolder for my remote server directory.

Error Message: Error while moving to directory: /Product/Data. Reason: '.'

I can connect to sftp server using psftp and execute (cd /Product/Data) without any issues.

Am I missing something?

Test your SFTP connection manually using the broker's userid.

Incidentally, it's a good idea to use a FTPServer configurable service definition with filenodes.

I would originally guess permission issues but you mentioned that you can manually cd there so I guess not that!

Can you take a User Trace of the issue occurring which might give more details?
