Getting the below error while connecting the svrconn channel on Mainframe

Failed to connect to queue manager 'ABCD' with connection mode 'Client' and host name '31.244.40.14(1414)'. Check the queue manager is started and if running in client mode, check there is a listener running. Please see the linked exception for more information.; nested exception is com.ibm.mq.MQException: JMSCMQ0001: WebSphere MQ call failed with compcode '2' ('MQCC_FAILED') reason '2397' ('MQRC_JSSE_ERROR').]: EGSException while talking to application

at com.barclaycard.enterprise.ebs.iid.impl.vectus.GetDecisionImpl.getDecesion(GetDecisionImpl.java:80)

at com.barclays.barclaycardOLAF.services.decision.DecisionServiceImpl.getDecision(DecisionServiceImpl.java:52)

at com.barclays.barclaycardOLAF.IID.IIDFacadeImpl.getDecision(IIDFacadeImpl.java:55)

at com.barclays.barclaycardOLAF.flow.bgolf.branch.IIDBranchFormFlow.doShowGetDecisionBranchForm(IIDBranchFormFlow.java:161)

checked the below things from MQ side
1) checked the svrconn channel and status is running
2) checked the chin logs but cant able to find any clue

asked the WAS team to check the sslpeer value at there side.

can any one suggest any other solution for this...!

SSL setup is incorrect. Fix it. Remember that depending on endianness the order of the multiple OUs in the DN will change on the SSLPEER field in the channel.

Check your client side SSL, things like Keystore location, Cipherspec value, certificates etc.
