I can't seem to find any info on this in the javadocs or the CMI API Exerciser, so my guess is no... but wanted to confirm from someone who knows for sure. Is it possible to determine if a particular LIL/JAR has been loaded into a broker and/or if this can be done programmatically (instead of using the mqsichangebroker command)?

If you get a ClassNotFound exception, then you can rely on the assumption that the jar has not been loaded.

Configurable service or shared-classes are the only ways I know of that are supported ways of loading classes.

Off-the-record, yes you can progammatically create and issue class loading commands from a JCN, but why would you when the Broker runtime can do it much more efficiently for you.

On-the-record, I tell you that we no longer practice or condone the use of Code Reds. Off-the-record, I can tell you that Code Reds are an invaluable part of training a young Marine. -- Col. Jessup.

Thanks for the info but not quite what I'm looking for. I was thinking of something like the BrokerProxy class to be able to see what's in the LIL and add something to it from an external Java program, instead of having to execute mqsichangebroker <BROKER> -l <path>.
