System admins do not explicitly alter last time for any object attribute value; rather, they alter the attribute values of objects. It is the qmgr that sets last time to the date/time of the create/alter.
Go to google. Search for 'wmq config events'. The first hit for me was http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmqv7/v7r0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.mq.csqzax.doc%2Fmo10720_.htm .
The title of the InfoCenter webpage returned is Controlling configuration, command, and logger events. Read carefully. Scroll down a little to a paragraph entitled Configuration events . There you will find the exact mqsc command to enable/disable configuration events. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
