I am creating Message set using wsdl and i am using broker runtime version 7.0.0.3.Full Error Message is..........

Begin running task [Deploying [TSYS_SERVICE.bar] to execution group [GCP_IVR]]

BIP2087E: Broker BROKER was unable to process the internal configuration message.

The entire internal configuration message failed to be processed successfully.

Use the messages following this message to determine the reasons for the failure. If the problem cannot be resolved after reviewing these messages, contact your IBM Support center. Enabling service trace may help determine the cause of the failure.

BIP4041E: Execution group 'GCP_IVR' received an invalid configuration message. See the following messages for details of the error.

The broker was asked to deploy a message flow which contained properties that were not recognized by the broker. This typically results from a message flow requiring a version or type of node that is not supported by the broker installation.

Check that the message flow is only using properties or nodes that are supported on the broker. Check that all necessary user-defined extensions are installed and that they are of a version that is compatible with the message flow.

BIP5024E: The creation and preprocessing of the XML schemas in message set 'Tsys_mset.xsdzip' has failed.

Review previous messages to find out why the error occurred.

BIP4395E: Java exception: 'com.ibm.broker.schemadeploy.MbXSDInternalError'; thrown from class name: 'com.ibm.broker.schemadeploy.MbXSDDeployDirector', method name: 'compileMessageSetSchemas', file: 'MbXSDDeployDirector.java', line: '505'

The message contains that data associated with a Java exception.

This seems to crop up from time to time. The usual fix is to clean your workspace and try again. Some users have had to create a new workspace.

Use the -clean option when you start Eclipse.

You've also tried the suggestion above to start your toolkit using the -clean parameter ?

(to do this find your toolkit start icon, right-click->properties then add -clean to the end of the "Target" field, then "OK" to change. Then start toolkit.)

Note: When run toolkit with -clean it will take longer than normal to startup, you don't want the -clean there permanently

Can you try the deployment afin a different execution group? We do get this issue once in a blue moon and a deployment to a different execution group somehow solves it.

Also check the size of the execution group just to ensure it is not too low to hold all the required artefacts in the deployable.

Ok set of actions:

1. Clean workspace
2. Clean your project
3. Build bar file
4. Clean Execution group with say 1GB memory allocation.
5. Deployment.

Also,

What is the size of your zip file? and what does it contain? XSDs, WSDLs or something we dont know about?
