I never knew that salliemae provided loans to people in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi?

Yes, our government provides grants and loans to all peoples. We just gave the Syrian people 365 million.

Sallie Mae has not been tied to the US government for quite some time now. It's a publicly traded US corporation.
Humanitarian aid for displaced Syrian refugees probably doesn't include broker training. |

But at least the Environment is initialized properly with an assignment to the XMLNSC parser. Whether the refugees know that or not is probably not operative.
