I try few things has it suggested here...but still not working...
This is with downloaded the saveqmgr to my desktop and uploaded to the server..

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program saveqmgrc.aix because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module libmqic.a(mqic.o) could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libmqic.a(mqic.o).
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directly from the server saveqmgr..
kpate1-c@wt-rts-ts1:/var/mqm
$ saveqmgr.aix
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program saveqmgr.aix because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module /usr/lib/libmqm.a(libmqm.o) could not be loaded.
0509-103 The module has an invalid magic number.
Newer versions of saveqmgr are compiled in 64-bit only for unix.
You will need to recompile (but only recompile) as a 32-bit application if you want to run it on a 32-bit Unix.
The *easiest* thing to do is use saveqmgrc.exe from a modern windows desktop to connect to the v5.3 qmgr.
To the best of my knowledge, saveqmgr still supports and understands v5.3 qmgrs, but you should contact the current maintainer to make sure that's still true.
