I tried to change the port number of an execution group using MQSICHANGEPROPERTIES command in message broker v8.0 and even after the restarting the ExecutionGroup the port number remains same and the URL Registration will not be there after port change and it is showing as zero (0) .

restart twice.

Make sure you know which listener you are using.
