What are the configurable properties of the BAR file that we can not
override?

(or)

What are the properties that we can not override with mqsiapplybaroveride
of a BAR file?

You can only override those properties that are configurable.

If you want a list of all properties that are not overridable, you need to start with a list of all properties. Then remove from that list all properties that are configurable.

Nobody is going to go to the trouble to make that list for you.
