Hi. I changed my qm.ini file on an AIX machine for maxChannels. I restart the q mgrs. It was fine.

Now I need a way to check the change takes into effects. I cannot find any where for check maxChannel attributes with runmqsc or anyother thing....

Any input on this one?

AFAIK there is no place to look to see if it has been set.
You can run a quick test though. Set it to a low valule like 3 or 4 and then connect a few clients. You should get an error pretty quick. This will let you know your change is recognized. Then bump it up to the number you want. Remember to recycle the qmgr after changing qm.ini
