Monitoring is like that xmit queue drained..
My doubt is msgage is to show uncomitted msg in queue.
or
msgage-->MSGAGE shows oldest message on queue in seconds |

From the WMQ monitoring manual for v7:
MSGAGE
Age, in seconds, of the oldest message on the queue. The maximum
displayable value is 999 999 999; if the age exceeds this value, 999 999 999
is displayed.
IMS, MSGAGE includes messages uncommitted messages. Messages may be uncommitted because the producing application (or the MCA) has not yet issued the MQCMIT (or MQBACK) command.
What's your doubt? Do you see a message that's really, really old? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

bruce has quoted the description from the MQ Information Center, which answers this. Did you look there already? |

MSGAGE makes no distinction between uncommitted and committed messages. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
