In case you haven't already noticed, there is a new draft IBM Redbook Secure Messaging Scenarios with WebSphere MQ available at http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg248069.html

I worked with T-Rob Wyatt ( http://t-rob.net/ WMQ security guru), Joergen Pedersen ( http://mrmq.dk/ blockip fame) and 3 other senior MQ specialists to write this book in July / August this year. We hope it sets a benchmark for securing WebSphere MQ. It was long overdue.

Christmas has truly come early - this, and a new Primer. Glenn, many thanks.

I agree with exerk! These are both must-reads for our team.

Both are long overdue and both are soooooo appreciated. Thanks, Glenn!

The first edition of the Redbook was officially published on 27 November 2012 in PDF and EPUB format.
http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg248069.html

The biography is a bit out of date. After my departure from IBM about 3 months ago I am now a Middleware Software Engineer at Coles Group Australia working with WMQ and FTE.
