Hello,
I would like to know is there any way i can monitor the performance of one message flow than compare to another message flow.
and is it possible to know the computation time or the throughput of an application of WMB?

No, study the Message Flow Statistics, then try an experiment. Use appropriate training resources to send your query to. Earn your own steak in the game.
