That is a very good question !
Basically: It is described in the Infocenter (as lancetlotlinc points to).
You don't use any Linux-(package-)manager nor do you just delete folders.
You uninstall with "<broker home>/_uninst..." (and probably after that you might have to clean (delete) some (left over) folders). _________________ Just use REFERENCEs |

Well, you could certainly rm -rf *
That counts as 'deleting folders' and it would indeed uninstall the product. |

Perhaps he needs to attend a 'training course' or two?
Upon reflection, I have seen people try that on Linux. An ex colleague of mine once setup a system where he aliased all the DOS commands to an image viewer. I'll leave the 'what happened next' to the imagination of the reader.
