Hello everyone,
i'm trying to install a queue sharing group between 2 Queue manager.
I'm following all steps of System set up Guide...but when i run utility CSQ5PQSG program (step 16) for adding a queue sharing group entry into Mq db2 tables using the add qsg i take the message :

CSQU525E DB2 Dsn is not a member of data sharing group DSGT

here u find some additional information:

1) On CSQ6SYSP i have specified QSGDATA=(MQGT,DSGT,DSN)
where MQGT is the name on my future queue sharing group,
DSGT= db2 sharing group and DSN is db2 ssid.

Can someone help me to understand where the problem is?

Thank u all

Is this the very first QSG to be created? Do other QSGs already exist?

Are you parallel sysplex? Have you created the required Cf definitions?

Do you have the DB2 data-sharing software installed and tested?

Other than what you have posted, exactly what have you done to implement QSGs?

And if a DBA ran those steps, were any of the names changed?

Hi...
I'm in a parallel sysplex (test e tes2).I' ve created the required CF definition/structure (as describe on system set up guide).
I 've created 2 Queue manager (mq01 and mq02) .One on test , one on tes2.
A db2 sharing already exist. Db2 ssid on Test is DSN while db2 ssid on tes2 is DFT2.

The step i 'm done are ( see system set up guide)

1) task 1 identify the zos system parameters
2) task2 apf authorize the websphere mq load libraries
3) task 3 update the zos link and lpa
4) task 4 update the zos program propertiers table
5) task 5 define the websphere mq subsystem to zos
6) task 6 create procedure for the websphere mq ueue manager
7) task 7 create procedures for channel initiator
task 8 define the websphere mq subsystem to a zos wlm service class
9) task 9 set up the db2 environment
10) task 10 set up coupling facility
11) task 11 implement your esm security cntrols
12) task 12 update sys1.parmlib
13) task 13 customize the initialization input data set
14) task 14 create the bootstrap and log data sets
15) task 15 define your page sets
16) task 16 add the websphere mq entries to the db2 data sharing group

here i got error on job csq45aqs
