Hi
In our production Environment we have two servers P1 and P2 which have MQ installed P!- v 6.0 and P2 is v5.3
P1 also has WMB v6.0 whereas P2 is a Siebel server.
Both are AIX boxes
Yesterday on a queue manager on P1 generated an FDC :-

After this the messages intended for queue manager on P2 started to go on Dead letter queue of P1(P1 and P2 are in a cluster, broker queue manager is P1 also some flows access P2 queues also)
The broker generated a huge core dump (AIX system) and caused the file system to become full due to which the P1 q manager went down.
On restarting the queue manager, broker flows etc are wokring fine but still FDC as being generated with :-

And again some of the messages intended for P2 queues are landing in P1 Dead letter queue.P2 is up and running .
I ll be gratefull for any pointers towards resolving this and getting the root cause of this to prevent it in future..
Thanks |

As regards your second Probe Id, Google came up with THIS. Also, only the top of the FDC needs to be posted, so I've removed the extraneous bits from your original post.
It looks very much like something went wrong during a commit, and the only hit for that Probe Id is THIS old post.
Be aware that both your WMQ installations are no longer supported - V5.3 as of a number of years ago, V6.0 as of the end of this week. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
