If you are asking questions related to those which might possible come up in a certification exam then please stop doing so. Your last two question are remarkable similar to one I saw in an old (V6) cert exam. I can't say for obvious reasond if they are in more recent tests but if they are then please work out the answers for yourself. This is the only way you are going to lean and make the Certification worthwhile. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.

how to check a message flow in running position or stop postion
Assuming you're not trying to avoid working for a certification but trying to avoid working, you check the status of a message flow using any of the administrative tools provided. All of which are documented.
IMHO this is charitable because if this was your day job you could hardly have failed to see how to do this (unlike some of your other questions). So it's more likely you don't actually work at this but are trying to get work by bluffing it with a certification.
My 2 cents. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
