I have installed Websphere MQ V7.0.1.7 in a windows 2003 Server. and created queue manager and channels from command prompt. When I start the MQ explorer I see the am not able to connect to the qmgr in the explorer. When I explicitly try to connect to the qmgr from the explorer (qmgr -> right click -> Connect) I get the below error: An unexpected error (2012) has occurred. (AMQ4999). I dont see any entries either in mq or qmgr logs or the Windows Event viewer. Any expert advice pls…

vzboy, are you running WMQ under a 'local' user or a domain user?

And have you investigated the MQRC 2012 error?
