You will really have to give us a lot more information.
What exactly do you mean by 'customised'?
and before others ask, have you received and formal training on this product?

I haven't received any formal training on this product
I am trying to learn MB. while creating the Broker with the name of SIRI.BRK(customise means our broker(not default)) It is through an error.
how can i create broker on windows 7 64 bit.
If have u have any information Regarding MB Pls give me some links from basic onwords it could be helpfull for me.

A quick search of google for Websphere Message Broker should provide you with IBMs official MB documentation.
What error did it throw when you attempted installation?
What don't you like about the default broker installation? How exactly do you want to customize it? Be specific.

Also with the supplied documentation and online help if you cannot create a broker that is not the default broker then if I were you I would either
give up and learn something else
get on a training course so that you understand what you are actually doing
