As you may have heard, MB 8001 has now been released and available on FixCentral.

Lots of fixes and new features for you, including
- MQ 7.1/7.5 support
- built-in cache
- Mobile integration (through Worklight)
- Native services support

Loads of other stuff too. See here: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmbhelp/v8r0m0/topic/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/bb23760_.htm

Thanks,

Highlights for me at the moment:
    Web administration
SOAP nodes can use the broker-wide HTTP listener
    HTTP asynchronous request-response
Setting FTP and SFTP servers dynamically

The Highlights page (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmbhelp/v8r0m0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.etools.mft.doc%2Fbb23760_.htm ) mentions MQ 7.1 support but not 7.5 (although I appreciate this is now supported). Was this intentional or an omission?

And the best part is that it completely contradicts the completely-useless new systems requirements page... WebSphere MQ 7.0.1 7.0.1.3 to 7.0.1.8

One disappointment. The SOAPInput and HTTPInput Nodes now have a Timeout Terminal (great!). But it is only meaningful if you use the local EG listener rather than the Broker-level HTTP listener (boo!).
By the way, the new built-in cache is meant to replace the IA91 (Data Store) support pac, and does appear to cover everything including interBroker cache. The IA91 support person is looking at a "bridge" version to make transitioning easier for those who have used the support pack heavily.
