The other thing I'll suggest is to do
Code:
display CHSTATUS('C00038166.99999913.2') ALL
as you may see old status that indicates something wrong.

Then I'd suggest attempting to STOP the channel...

and then stop the queue manager again.

If that doesn't work, enable tracing and run the delete channel and capture trace and then open a PMR...
