hi,

How can I call strmqm command using JMS/Java. Actually the requirement is monitor Queue Manager's availability and if it goes down then in exception listener's onexception method we can call strmqm or similar command to make it available again.

I hope I am clear.

Please let me know if this can be done.

I think you have to call the system command from Java. Then it is a case of making sure you can check the resulting output and error from the command. I used to have code to do this but not any more....
