I want to know is there any message definitions available for SFMS messages using which i can create message set. Is there any NEFT industry pack available in the market for the same?

SFMS is a generic Financial Message Structure and not a worldwide standard like SWIFT. There is an IBM SWIFT industry pack, but not an IBM SFMS industry pack. ESQL or DFDL can handle the transformation easily. Mindcraft has implemented this WMB flow for customers before.
