Hello everyone,
i work on zos (v. 1.12) and with websphere mq on zos (v. 7.0.1).
I'd like to implement Queue Sharing Group on zos between more LPARs.
Then ...i will have to connect this QSG with others Mq on Sun Solaris or AS400.
Can u tell me please where i can found documentation related to it? where i can some how to configured it...how to connect with other mq and so on?
I didn't find something good
Thank u all |

Is your z/OS parallel sysplex? If not, you can't.
Google wmq+parallel sysplex to find documentation. This is a very advanced subject requiring z/OS sysprog involvement.
Non-z/OS systems cannot be members of a QSG. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

In addition, non-Z/OS systems have no idea that a QSG exists or is in use. |

However, non-z/OS WMQ apps can send messages to z/OS shared queues using the traditional WMQ distributed queuing techniques (Sender-Receiver channels, for example). _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
