| Is there any institute provides WMB certification training and what is the process to get certification? |

IBM of course offers training. At least some business partners do, as well.
In general, start here: http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/program/index.shtml
I don't think you'll find any "here's how to pass the test" training. You'll find training that will help you do the job that the test measures your ability to do.
That is, you'll get trained in how to be a WMB Developer or WMB Admin, and the certification for WMB Developer tests you on how well you can be a WMB Developer. |

I would get practical experience with the product before trying to take any tests. The knowledge probed by the tests is not book knowledge. Practical use of the product is needed for a few years before you run across the information you need to score highly on the tests.
But you could always do the multiple choice shuffle: the last answer was B, so this answer must be D. "All of the above" is usually the correct answer. "None of the above" is never the correct answer.
The product has a 90 day trial. Download the product and try it out. Sign up for the WM663 class.
