J:\>mqrc 2087

      2087  0x00000827  MQRC_UNKNOWN_REMOTE_Q_MGR

J:\>

It looks like your WMQ config is not correct.

What happens when you try to start the sender channel?

My advice would be to test this by using a remote queue that points at a local queue on the broker QMGR rather than doing a deploy each time.

Finally, you might like to show us how you have configured your channel and its related objects?

Just to review, you have a sender/receiver pair going in *each* direction.

And the XMITQ is named after the component on the other side, right, not the queue manager?

So if the queue manager is named QMCONFIG, and the ConfigMgr is named CONFIGMR, then the XMITQ will be named CONFIGMGR and not QMCONFIG, and it will be on the Broker's queue manager.

And there's likewise an xmitq named after the BROKER on the Config Mgr queue manager.

Oh dear. It sounds like you really don't have a clue about what you are trying to do.
May I humbly suggest that you read at least part of the WMQ Interconnection Manual.
Is there anyone at your site who can help you out here?

Failing that, some training can work wonders you know.

Move to WMBv7. No config manager.

Though learning to use WMQ first would still be a good idea.
