Is there any command to check the version of broker like we have dspmqver for MQ

You may also want to know which effective level your runtime is operating at.

Just because you have 7.0.0.3 version of the software installed on your system does not mean that your runtime is utilizing that effective level. You could very well have 7.0.0.3 installed, but your runtime is operating at the 7.0.0.0 level or 7.0.0.2 level.
