Please let me know if there is any syntax error.
is my declaration is not right ?

If the parser says there's a syntax error, there's a syntax error.

If the parser doesn't say there's a syntax error, there isn't a syntax error.

If that code is actually supposed to be ESQL, then you forgot SET.
